How It Works

1. Pick a tutor and a subject: Browse the tutors taking one-on-one sessions and choose who you want for which subject.
2. Choose your sessions: Try a single 1-hour session, or take 4 sessions a month of 1 or 2 hours each with Premium included. Priced per hour; monthly sessions renew every 28 days and cancel any time.
3. Pick your time: Choose a weekly time for monthly sessions (every week is booked for you) or a date for a single session — add more tutors in the same checkout. Times are first come, first served, and every date is emailed as soon as you pay.
4. Join from anywhere: One link opens the session on any device. The recording and captions are in your classroom afterwards.

How long is a session?

Sessions are 1 hour or 2 hours, depending on the sessions you choose — live over video with your tutor.

What session options are there?

A single 1-hour session (a one-time purchase with no AI access), or 4 sessions a month of 1 hour each or 2 hours each, both including Caribbean AI Premium for the month. Everything is priced per hour.

How do monthly sessions work?

Monthly sessions renew every 28 days with a fresh set of 4 sessions in one subject with one tutor. Unused sessions don't roll over, unless your tutor cancelled or missed one late in the period — those carry into the next.

Can I book sessions into next month?

You don't need to — monthly sessions meet at the weekly time you picked, and every week is booked for you, this period and the next. You can still move any one of them, or book an extra time by hand when you have a session spare.

What if I need to cancel or move a session?

Cancel or move any session up to 24 hours before it starts and it goes back into your pack. Inside 24 hours the session is used.

What if my tutor doesn't turn up?

The session is returned to you automatically (or carried to the next period if there's no time left to rebook), you're told straight away, and the tutor isn't paid for it.

Can I have more than one tutor?

Yes — add as many tutors or subjects as you like in one checkout, each with its own plan and time. You pay once, and the monthly ones renew together as one payment.

Is Caribbean AI Premium included?

With the 4-session monthly options, yes — full Premium across every subject for as long as they renew. The single 1-hour session does not include AI access.

How do I cancel?

From Account Settings, any time. Your remaining sessions stay bookable until the paid period ends.
